About Robin Winters

    Robin Winters, an America born in 1950, is known as an accomplished printmaker and glass artist. His writings, performances and artwork have always had a political edge. His association with Colab, the artists cooperative he co-founded, enabled Winters to break down societal barriers and to push artistic boundaries. His work carries themes from the Dada movement as he has tried to involve the public into his art.

    Winters attended the San Francisco Art Institute in California. He lives in New York and maintains a studio in the Catskill Mountains outside the city. He has exhibited throughout Europe and the United States including shows at the Michael Klein Gallery and the Barbara Krakow Gallery.
