    Roger Risberg was a Swedish artist born in Gothenburg. He studied at Konstfack in Stockholm from 1979-1984 and had Lars Hillersberg as a teacher. Risberg's art is known for its powerful interpretations of people, animals, and everyday emotions in a primitive and clear-sighted style with a graffiti-like expression. He had his commercial breakthrough in the late 1980s and had several large solo exhibitions. Risberg is represented at the Modern Museum, Bonniers Konsthall, Stockholm, Gothenburg Art Museum, and National Museum, Stockholm
