    Rudolf Sieck (1877 - 1957)
    Rudolf Sieck studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Munich. Before he became a member of the artist group 'Die Welle' and the Munich Secession, he worked for the art magazines 'Simplicissimus' and 'Jugend'. Through his work for the porcelain manufactory Nymphenburg he became renowned for his decor designs. His landscape paintings are especially valued on the art market.
