An avid fisherman and all around outdoorsman, Scott Yeager offers a visual diary of his love for the outdoors through his paintings. Firsthand experience of the subject is at the core of his work, and he creates a constant flow of plein-air paintings as a result. Many of these stand on their own as works of art, and many are the springboard for more developed and larger works in the studio.

In his youth, Scott filled sketchbooks with drawings and paintings of plants, animals and all things of the natural world that inspire him.
