    Stanislaw Konarz-Konarzewski (Warsaw 1914 - 1999) He studied painting in Krakow, then continued in Munich and Paris. After graduation he was appointed professor of drawing at the Lviv Institute of Fine Arts. In Lviv he became friends with Andrew Szeptycki. During World War II, he received the mission as courier between Vilnius and Warsaw from General Kirchmayer. In 1947, he was arrested and sent first to the górnouralskiego, then Wlodzimierz prison, where he spent 10 years. In 1973 he went to France, and after a few years to Munich. From 1984 on he lived in Canada.
