    Therese Fuchs was born as Therese Conrads in Düsseldorf, Germany in 1849.

    Therese Fuchs was the wife of the Düsseldorf paint manufacturer Mathias Fuchs. She turned to painting around 1875 and undertook study trips to Norway.

    Fuchs was known for her landscape and marine paintings. Fuchs was active in Düsseldorf and died there in 1910.
