    Ulf Peter Gustav Trotzig, born June 11, 1925 in Föllinge, Jämtland, died October 19, 2013 in Lund, was a Swedish painter, illustrator and graphic artist.

    After graduating in Kristianstad in 1945, he studied art for Nils Nilsson and Endre Nemes at Valand Art Academy 1946-1951. In the summer of 1951 he went on a long study trip to Spain and France to study Romanesque visual art and during the winter he stayed in Paris where he studied sculpture for Ossip Zadkine.

    He then returned to Gothenburg and after a few years of activity there, she traveled to Paris in 1954 to study graphics for Johnny Friedlaender. He settled in San Gimignano Italy in the spring of 1954 to study Italian fresco art. He settled with his wife in Villers-le-...
