About Vincent Lynch

    Vincent Lynch (1862-1935) was a commercial illustrator whose work appeared in American Magazine, Scientific American, Everybody's Magazine, as well as other periodicals. Much of his work features cars, aircraft, and other vehicles.

    He exhibited with the Society of Washington Artists and the Washington Water Color Club in 1909. He would later illustrate posters in support of the war (1914-1918).

    Vincent Lynch will be one of the artists featured in the Pritzker Military Library's Spring, 2013, exhibit entitled "Icons of The Great War".
