MBUGUA has exhibited his work in prestigious institutions and events all over the world, including some of the most famous fairs dedicated to contemporary African art. His Mes Tissage series is a new body of work where he weaves together his original prints designed using pictogrammes collected from different places around the world to create new patterns. Inspired by traditional weaving techniques from various countries, MBUGUA explores ideas of shared traditions and spaces to talk about humanity.
