The following information comes from R. Holland:. I personally knew Leslie Larsson when I lived in Texas in the 1960's and remained a friend until he passed away. Even though I had moved to Atlanta by that time, I did stay at his home when visiting Texas. His Studio and student Gallery resided in his home as did his partners Frame Shoppe. I wanted to add that in addition to abstract painting, he did many still lifes, but was most noted in my time for Circus subjects (clowns etc) and horses. It... Read full biography

Even though I had moved to Atlanta by that time, I did stay at his home when visiting Texas. His Studio and student Gallery resided in his home as did his partners Frame Shoppe. I wanted to add that in addition to abstract painting, he did many still lifes, but was most noted in my time for Circus subjects (clowns etc) and horses. It was my understanding that two of his clown oils were in the Kennedy White house nursery (John Jr.) presented I believe by LBJ and Lady Bird. He did restorations in oil as well. I believe it was the Longorias that he had found in an old Mexican... Read full biography
