We had the great opportunity to meet Mr. Manuel Ventura Millan in Sanlucar de Barrameda back in 1975. By then he was one of the best realistic oil painter artists in the world! When you looked at his seascapes with splashing waves, you thought you could feel the water from his paintings in your face.
