One can imagine Frank Cuprien on a cliff in northern Laguna Beach -- overlooking the cove at Emerald Bay -- with brush and palette in hand. There he could have been seen capturing the inspiring coastline, the blue Pacific, and rugged coastal rocks with crashing waves. Created with a beautiful opalescent palette, Cuprien then personally titled the painting "Laguna Shores". It is in excellent condition and it features a gilded Tobey frame.
