In the late 1920’s Milford Zornes enrolled at Otis Art Institute. He took classes with Chamberlin and then in 1930 or 1931, Milford enrolled at Pomona College in Claremont, California. He and Tom Craig ( a fellow student at Pomona College) petitioned to take classes with Millard Sheets at Scripps College located right next to Scripps.
