For the Russian market, he has created over 120 covers for novels in various genres (science-fiction, detective). Arinouchkine has also illustrated Russian folk tales and children's books. From 1999 he cooperated with the French scenarist Corbeyran, with whom he made a comic adaptation of the Russian traditional tale L'Oiseau de Feu for publisher Casterman.
