Antonio Lopez Saenz, born in 1936 in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, was a Mexican artist known for his paintings. He began his artistic career after studying at the University of Sinaloa and held his first exhibition in 1960. Throughout his career, he showcased his work in numerous collective and individual exhibitions in Mexico and the United States. In 1995, he participated in the "Four Mexican Painters" exhibition in Paris and became the first Sinaloa painter to have a solo exhibition at the Museum of the National Palace of Fine Arts.
