Read full biography American painter, Charles Harry Eaton, was born December 13, 1850. His first exhibition was at National Academy of Design, New York. He won a gold medal at the Philadelphia Art Club in 1900, exhibiting The Willows. The same work was exhibited at the Paris Exposition in 1889, and at the World's Fair in Chicago, in 1893. Eaton was elected an Associate member of the National Academy of Design in 1893. He died August 4, 1901.
