Ewa Salamon studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, graduating in 1960. She specialized in applied graphics, illustration, and designing various materials such as posters, postcards, and calendars. Salamon illustrated around 100 books for children and young people and showcased her works at several exhibitions focusing on book graphics. In 1982, she was honored with the Prime Minister's Award for her illustrations for children's and young adult books.
