Over the course of her forty-year career she held twenty-five solo exhibitions and participated in more than eighty group exhibitions around the world. A version of Between the Motion / And the act / Falls the shadow, was exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery, London, curated by Ali Bakhtiari, with Magic of Persia, in October 2012. In 2013, ABBookness published her artist book, Catching the Moon, which was launched at JAMM Art, Dubai. In addition to her painting, she was an accomplished writer and translator.
