He has participated in several international exhibitions: the Exhibition of Modern Chinese Artists in Japan; the Third Exhibition of Asian Art 1986 in Bangladesh; the First Shanghai Exhibition of Chinese Oil Paintings 1987, where his Northern Girl was awarded the Excellence Prize; the Seventh National Exhibition of Fine Arts 1989, where his "A Reminiscent Song" won the Silver Prize. His works are in China National Art Gallery and many overseas collections.
