He immediately became passionate about the meaning of tattoos, their ritual use, in the civilizations of origin and about their sign. In 1997, due to a car accident he was forced to a very long convalescence. All this time forced in the house, Biagioli read, studied and approached by self-taught drawing on paper, pastels and then painting on canvas. He’s a great admirer of Jean Michael Basquiat’s Analphabet Art and of Art Brut. He began to paint taking inspiration from these currents, defining his own art “analphabetic”.
