He had a one-man-show in Jakarta, at Kunstzaal & Co. in 1930. In 1938 he participated in the prestigious Bondscollectie' of Jakarta - organized by the Dutch Colonial Bataviasche Kunstkring formed to showcase works by Dutch painters born in Indonesia.
