Wilcox has collaborated on multimedia projects with various performance groups and artists, and has organized mural projects and photography projects in Glasgow. His work is held in private and public collections in Europe, the USA, Canada, Russia, and Qatar, including the Corporate Collection of the Royal Bank of Scotland. His recent work focuses on depicting people and events in public spaces around Glasgow, with figures engaged in ambiguous actions in half-remembered spaces. Wilcox has collaborated on multimedia projects with various performance groups and artists, and has organized mural projects and photography projects in Glasgow. His work is held in private and public collections in Europe, the USA, Canada, Russia, and Qatar, including the Corporate Collection of the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2011, he completed a portrait commission for Conway Hall in London. The most recent example of his work sold for £5000 in The Scottish Contemporary Art Auction in March 2021.
