He entered International Art School of Hong Kong to study Western and Chinese painting and learned the skills of sketching and drawing in 1946. In 1949, Wo began studies under Chao Shao An, the great master of Lingnan School in Hong Kong and learned the essence of his style. In 1949, Wo began studies under Chao Shao An, the great master of Lingnan School in Hong Kong and learned the essence of his style. In 1975, he moved to the United States from Hong Kong with his family and settled in Alexandria, Virginia. For over 60 years Wo has diligently sketched and painted in nature’s own setting, grasping the essence of a scene or subject and producing a work of infinite creativity.
