She was born in November of either 1839 or 1840 in Harmony, Maine. Her father was Ozias Bartlett. He was a carder/clother and basically had a yarn spinning mill there from 1821.There is a bio on him. Her mother was Hannah Wiggin, who died in 1852 after having at least seven children. Her father remarried to Eunice D. Morrell. One of Jane's brothers... Read full biography
