Most of his paintings depict a subtle situation between unhappy and suffering. There is a forming process upon boy's image in his paintings. From a flying boy like shooting stars at the very beginning, to one with rabbit ears and tails. During five years of experiment, Li finally returned to a more realistic image with, however, more complicated and subtle expression. This, ultimately, became Li's personal trait after 1970s....
