The painter, musician, illustrator and concept artist started his painting career initially as a decoration and stage set painter for rave music events. Now, his paintings are thematically dominated by contemporary issues of the 21 st Century: the fast pace due to technology, the failure of the individual in an accelerating world and the lack of communication in a media-dominated society. He participated in the Documenta X with a special performance where he painted a new painting every day just to destroy it the very same day. The artist lives and works in Berlin where he painted a huge part of the East Side Gallery.
