Note: The Collector, Dr. K S Lo (1910-1995) was the entrepreneur and founder of Vitasoy in Hong Kong. In 1936 he attended a talk in Shanghai about the benefits of the soy bean. This had a dramatic impact on him, as he had witnessed great malnutrition of the people in Hong Kong after the World War. Dr. Lo created an affordable and healthy... Read full biography
