Martin Eder was born in Augsburg in 1968. Eder trained as a communication designer in 1993 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg. He then studied for a year at the University of Kassel before he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden completing the master class of Eberhard Bosslet in 2001. During his studies, Martin Eder made the jointly organized, with Lisa Junghanss, cross-media art project `Novaphorm` sensation. It also included a temporary hotel next to a club and drug... Martin Eder was born in Augsburg in 1968. Eder trained as a communication designer in 1993 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg. He then studied for a year at the University of Kassel before he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden completing the master class of Eberhard Bosslet in 2001. During his studies, Martin Eder made the jointly organized, with Lisa Junghanss, cross-media art project `Novaphorm` sensation. It also included a temporary hotel next to a club and drug packaging. Even today, Martin Eder's art work is varied. Since 2003 he has entered his work under the pseudonym Richard Ruin as a singer and guitarist of the band RUIN.
