Mick Cawston was a wildlife painter from Dagenham, Essex. He was known for his paintings of animals, particularly dogs, as well as other wildlife such as foxes, deer, horses, hares, and badgers. He owes much of his work to the painters John Emms and Maude Earl. He exhibited mainly with the picture dealer Sally Mitchell and established himself as one of the better wildlife painters of the 20th/21st century. Many of his works were published as prints.
