Oscar`s work was perhaps most strongly influenced by his father Albert Namatjira. His landscapes are beautifully drafted and colored. Early works display a delicate palette and capture subtle changes of light and shadow on the landscape. Oscar`s best work is comparable to Albert`s for technique and beauty. His ghost gums are...
