Etcher, portrait painter, muralist. Born in Chicago, IL on May 13, 1903. Wright studied at Harvard University, AIC, and with Edouard Leon in Paris. He was active in Chicago and NYC during the 1930s. By 1937 he had settled in Pasadena and taught at the Pasadena Art Institute and San Gabriel Valley Art Center. He died in Cathedral City, CA on April 5, 1991. In: Library of Congress (etchings).
