He worked with many famous names in the North and South, such as Huang Zhou, Zhu Qizhan, and Lu Yanshao. His seal cutting, calligraphy, and painting works have won many awards and have been collected by many public and private institutions at home and abroad. He held many important positions, including vice president of Shanghai Chinese Painting Academy, vice president of Xiling Yinshe, and chief consultant of Shanghai Calligraphy Association.
