William exhibited at the Paris Salon between 1882 and 1885. In 1889, he exhibited at the Exposition Universelle. William Feron is regarded as one of the first Swedish artists influenced by the Impressionist Movement. His work, 'Spring in Paris' is in the collection of The Gothenburg Museum of Art in Sweden. William Feron died in 1894.
