My Aunt Gwen Hylands has four of his paintings. When I questioned her as to where she got them, she told me back then Mr. Cowell spent the summer in Yarmouth with her late husband's mother and father, the Parkers. When I questioned her as to where she got them, she told me back then Mr. Cowell spent the summer in Yarmouth with her late husband's mother and father, the Parkers. When they passed away these paintings went to their son Pat, my uncle, and when he died my aunt took possession of them. Two are paintings of the ocean and two are country scenes.
