He then moved to Munich, Germany where he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts from 1966 to 1969. Initially he worked as a painter, but increasingly dealt with printing techniques. In the art of the aquatint, he found a medium that occupied him throughout his life. Takahashi held various teaching positions in Germany and Austria before his death in 1998.... Read full biography
