    From Bordentown, New Jersey, Al Barker is a painter of landscapes, seascapes, wildlife, and tidal marshes so characteristic of his home state where he has ha

    A specialty is miniature painting and he has entered numerous exhibitions of the National Miniature Society.
    In the spring of 2006, he won the Alden Bryan Memorial Award for Traditional Landscape at the Salmagundi Club's annual exhibition. He has won over fifty awards and has work in many collections including the White House.
