Started to study painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, he continued at the Academy in Munich, where - in the years 1880-1890 - he studied with Otto Seitz, Alois Gabl and Wilhelm von Lindeschmita. In 1885 and 1887 he traveled to North Africa. At the beginning of the nineties the nineteenth century permanently settled in Munich.
He was a member of the Munich Artists Association (KĂĽnstler-Genosschenschaft) regularly exhibited in Glaspalast. His paintings at the exhibition also sent to DĂĽsseldorf and Berlin. He painted primarily the interior scenes in the Rococo era, in the eighteenth century.Biography from Michael Zeller (CLOSED)
Albert Joseph Franke was born in 1860, in Buchwitz in Wroclaw. The artist studied at the Academies Breslau, and Munich (at Otto Seitz, Alois Gabl and Wilhelm von Lindenschmit dJ). His artwork was featured in the Munich Glass Palace.
