    Born in 1862 in Dresden, the painter Albert Ernst Mühlig studied in the master class for landscape painting under V. P. Mohn at the Dresden Art Academy. Already in his early career as an artist he specialized in landscape and animal paintings. In 1909 Mühlig died in his hometown Dresden.
    Albert Ernst Mühlig, German landscape and animal painter, son of Bernhard Mühlig, studied until 1880 at the Academy of Dresden with Paul Mohn and Friedrich Leon Pohle, 1883 student of Friedrich Preller (1862 Dresden until 1924 or 1930 Dresden?) the younger, mainly in Dresden, from 1903 could find his works on the Dresden art exhibition
