Born Hutchinson, May 14, 1898; died Brookings, OR, Oct. 31, 1993. Painter, specialized in landscapes and marine. Vincent and his family moved to Oregon in 1910 where he graduated from high school in Salem. From 1923 to 1928, Vincent studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. Taught in the Department of Art at the University of Oregon, Eugene from 1929-68.
