About Ann Wyeth McCoy

    Creating many paintings that are interiors with views to the outside through windows of her homes in Pennsylvania and Maine where she and her family have spent their summers, Ann McCoy was introduced to painting by her father, N.C. Wyeth. She also showed music talent and studied with Harl MacDonald. At age 19, she was honored with the performance of her musical composition, "Christmas Fantasy," by the Philadelphia Orchestra.

    After this early success in music, her artist husband John McCoy, also a student of N.C. Wyeth, encouraged her to resume painting, and her career has been rewarding with representation in numerous museums and private collections.
