    Born in Dorgali (Sardinia, Italy) in 1944, Antonio Secci, following the advice of Gianni Dova and Guy Harloff, moved to Milan in 1966, where he studied at the "Scuola degli Artefici di Brera". Here he met, among others, Lucio Fontana and Roberto Crippa. Soon Roberto Crippa became friend and mentor of Antonio Secci, until 1972, when Crippa suddenly died in an airplane accident. The common artistic feeling between Crippa and Secci appears clearly in the two "four hands" paintings that they produced together in 1970. During the Milan period Antonio Secci was an active actor within the Spatialism of Fontana, Castellani, Bonalumi, Simeti and the Nuclear painting of Manzoni, Dova, Crippa e Baj.
