Atanasio Soldati was born in Parma in 1896. He studied at the Academy of Parma and graduated in 1921 in architectural design and in 1922 in the figure. In 1925 he moved to Milan, beginning with figurative art. He began attending the artistic world and particularly the Galleria Il Milione.
