Biographical Highlights:

1904 - 1922 Born in Loreto, near Ancona, February 16, 1904, from illiterate parents and modest economic conditions. Still a child must help the grocer father, so he attended elementary school late and only up to the third class, and this lack of growth in school feed its hunger study, the desire to "know" and research that will accompany him throughout his life.
