    Chrysanthos (Mentis) Bostantzoglou (1918-13 December 1995), better known by the pseudonym Bost was a cartoonist, playwright, songwriter and painter. Born in 1918 in Istanbul and died in 1995. He was married to Maria Bostantzoglou, nee Papagiannakopoulos. Their two sons Costas and John are distinguished in the field of graphic design and acting respectively.

    His work includes political cartoons and vignettes, book illustrations and magazine ten plays and many paintings.
