The following year he worked in the painting hall of the Stadttheater in Krefeld with Fritz Huhnen. Between 1930 and 1937 years of apprenticeship and travel followed. In 1942 he moved to Munich and became a master student of Professor Bernhard Bleeker at the Academy of Fine Arts. In 1946 Pasch returned to Düsseldorf. In 1952 he received a travel grant from the North Rhine-Westphalia Ministry of Education and was able to gather impressions of Italy, Spain and Greece. Clemens Pasch trained as a sign painter in Düsseldorf from 1926 to 1928. The following year he worked in the painting hall of the Stadttheater in Krefeld with Fritz Huhnen. Between 1930 and 1937 years of apprenticeship and travel followed. From 1937 he attended the State Art Academy in Düsseldorf with a focus on sculpture.
Pasch continued this training after moving to the Cologne factory schools from 1938 to 1941. In 1942 he moved to Munich and became a master student of Professor Bernhard Bleeker at the Academy of Fine Arts.
