    Cornelis I Westerbeek (1844-1903) was a Dutch landscape and animal painter of the 19th century. Westerbeek studied at first at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and was a student of Hubertus van Hove (who belonged to the famous painter family).

    Westerbeek worked and lived in The Hague (South Holland) and painted mainly atmospheric landscapes enriched by animals such as cows and sheep. (msc)
