    Born Dora Stetter in 1881 in Bayreuth, she was a German painter and graphic artist. Dora had an early devotion to art by funding from the mother, who in 1884 spoke in Berlin a drawing school. From 1899-1901, she trained as an art teacher at the Royal Art School in Berlin, and from 1901-02 was an evening student of Conrad Fehr at the Museum of Decorative Arts Berlin. In 1902 Dora was a student of John Heise and from 1903-04 was an Atelier pupil of Lovis Corinth. In the years 1902-1913, Dora Stetter undertook thirteen study trips to Bavaria, Denmark, Belgium and Pomerania. She ran a private pupil's studio as a drawing teacher from 1902-17 in Berlin. In 1910 she had a collaboration with Arthur Segal. From 1911-43, Stetter was a member Thieme- Becker, Vollmer, Dressler, "Käthe, Paula and the whole rest", Saur Bio-Bibliographisches Lexikon and Wikipedia....
