    Enrique Mélida was a Spanish painter and writer. He was the brother of the sculptor and architect Arturo Mélida. He exhibited his painting "El verdugo y su víctima" and "Dos cabezas de perro" at the International Exhibition of Bayonne in 1864, and received an honorable mention. He also exhibited his works at the National Fine Arts Exhibition in 1866. He was a critic for the magazine El Arte en España and wrote on various subjects related to fine arts.
