Together with two other Israeli artists in 1989, they initiated and organized an album of the work of Tel Aviv artists, and published by with the Tel Aviv Artist's Association. From 1993-03 Etty was responsible for the development of art activities in development towns within the framework of Department of Culture and Art of the Ministry of Education. Etty Lev works in mixed media oils on canvas. Her works are to be found in many private collections and private institutes.
