    Friedrich Nath (born January 24, 1859 in Stallupönen ; † June 16, 1929 in Berlin ) was a German landscape painter and craftsman. He studied at the Danzig School of Arts and Crafts with Wilhelm August Stryowski and then at the Berlin School of Applied Arts and privately with Hermann Eschke.

    After completing his studies, he worked as a freelance landscape painter in Berlin. He went on study trips to Denmark and Italy. He visited the United States around 1888.

    From 1887 he took part in the great Berlin art exhibitions. He became a member of the General German Art Cooperative.
